Soames Real Estate is a proud family-owned real estate company based in the Northern districts of Sydney, Australia.
They decided to embark on a rebrand with the team at Made Agency.
Problem: The existing brand was outdated and lacked impact in a thriving and competitive Sydney real estate market.
Solution: To create a new and timeless brand to leverage the company into the future, improving brand recognition, and credibility and ultimately generating a greater client base.
Process: A brand discovery was conducted whereby we discovered what the client needed/wanted and what was currently lacking in the brand. Typographically, the brand was reinvented with a new colour palette and aesthetic suited to a digital audience.
An extension of the brand was designed utilizing elements from the lettering and the arch motif - representing a ‘new day.’ A complete rollout was created, bringing all the brand elements together.
